EV Cargo Announces Strategic HR Appointment In Asia

EV Cargo, the leading global freight forwarding, supply chain and technology company, has announced the appointment of Sandy Chan as Vice President, Human Resources & Administration for Hong Kong and South China.


Based at EV Cargo’s global headquarters in Hong Kong, she will play a key role in the company’s activities in the region, including human resources operations, business partnering, organization planning and change management.


Ms Chan, an HR professional for over 20 years, joins from CEVA Logistics, where she was responsible for HR and administration for the South China region, holding positions including Human Resources Business Partner and General Manager, HR and Administration. Prior to that Ms Chan held the position of Senior Human Resource Manager for telecommunications company M800.


Her appointment further strengthens EV Cargo’s central leadership team and demonstrates ongoing investment in its HR and people organisation to help execute its growth strategy in Asia.

EV Cargo – which manages supply chains for the world’s leading brands – aims to surpass $3bn of revenue by 2025 through organic growth and strategic M&A activities. Global supply chain challenges are providing ongoing opportunities and EV Cargo continues to invest in a global team positioned for growth and resilience.


With an active pipeline of acquisition candidates, EV Cargo’s growth strategy will see it strengthen its footprint in Asia and Europe, alongside developing additional global trade lanes with expansion into the USA.
