EmergeVest being a signatory in CALSTART’s letter to President Biden to sign the Drive to Zero Global MOU

Last year EmergeVest and EV Cargo signed to be a Pledge Partner at COP26 in Glasgow in CALSTART’s Global Commercial Vehicle Drive to Zero programme to adopt 30% of zero emissions vehicles by 2030 and 100% by 2040, a commitment by nations, investors and companies to transition the medium- and heavy-duty vehicle (MHDVs) transportation sector to 100% zero-emissions no later than 2040.

This year we continue to take a step forward to be a signatory in CALSTART’s letter to President Biden to encourage U.S. leadership to sign the Drive to Zero Global Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). It will help drive economics growth and climate benefits to further build off the historic investments from the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
