A specialist in Supply Chain and Logistics processes and systems, he is passionate about leveraging technology and analytics to find the right balance between best possible customer service at the lowest possible cost in a multichannel supply chain. With more than 25 years of logistics operations, program management, change management and operations development experience, Mr. McCurtin joined the EmergeVest team in 2016 from Morrisons where he was Head of Supply Chain and Logistics Development. Prior to Morrisons, he spent eight years at Tesco where he enjoyed a number of roles across supply chain and distribution development in Tesco's international businesses in Europe, Asia and US, including three years living in Shanghai, China. Before moving into retail, Mr. McCurtin had spent six years at Accenture as a management consultant and eight years at Ford Motor Company, initially as a graduate trainee and then specialising in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes across Ford's Assembly plants in UK, Belgium, Germany and Spain.

He graduated from Brunel University in 1996 with a BEng (Hons) from Brunel's renowned Special Engineering Programme and MIMechE (Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers).
