Mark Davis

Mark Davis is an EmergeVest Operating Executive, currently serving as the General Counsel for EV Cargo, an EmergeVest company. He is responsible for leading legal and risk management strategy for EV Cargo, serving on the board of numerous EV Cargo entities in addition to acting as Company Secretary for multiple UK businesses.
Mr. Davis joined EmergeVest in connection with its acquisition of NFT Distribution, where he served as General Counsel. He previously served as in-house Counsel at Northern Foods Plc.
Mr. Davis studied at the Inns of Court School of Law and University of Hull holding an LLB and Bar Vocational Course.
