Prior to EV Cargo, Ms. Chan gained several years in-house legal team working experience including being the Senior Paralegal of Melco Resorts Services Limited and Contracts Manager of Telstra International HK Limited. She started her career in Hong Kong working with several international law firms such as Mallesons Stephen Jaques LLP, Goodwin Procter LLP (in association with L.Lau & Co.) and Mayer Brown LLP (in association with L. Lau & Co.). Specific experience gained includes participating in several IPO and M&A projects.

Ms. Chan graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation (BA(Hons)) and attained Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London.
